b)    (vv. 3-5) The Voice of Providence. 
i)    All four Gospels testify that this is referring to John the Baptist.

c)    (vv. 6-8) The Voice of Truth. See also 1st Peter 1:23-25.

a)    Verses 12-20 are reminiscent of Job 38-41.

c)    (vv. 18-20) The One True God.
 
d)    (vv. 21-24) Transcendent over Rulers.

e)    (vv. 25-26) Creation Reveals the Glory of the Lord.

f)    (vv. 27-31) Trust in God Rewarded.

b)    (vv. 10-20) Empowered by Grace.

c)    (vs. 20) The Hebrew word for created, arb bara', is the same word used in Genesis 1:1. That word is only used when GOD is doing the creating.
